The price depends on the size ,these are for A4, for a5 they are half of it  (only in traditional)
i depends on the picture and details of it ,
But here they are:
traditional art:
sketch - 5-10 $
full character project (Sketchy - 10-15 $, coloured- 15-20$)
Coloured picture with simple BG - 17$ (each extra chara +3$)
Coloured picture with detailed BG- 25$ (each extra chara +3$)

Digital:
sketch -5-10$
coloured sketch- 10-15$
Coloured picture with simple bg- 20$
detailed picutre with simple bg- 25$
detailed picture with detailed BG - 30$ (each extra chara + 4$)
